They hosed friends of ours almost 4 digits for cancelling two tickets (for medical reasons) despite having purchased cancellation insurance. Worse than that, the amount they said they would charge for the cancellation has changed three times.

Amsterdam is a popular destination and you might get a good price. From there you can take a local carrier to Innsbruck or Salzburg.

Vienna is the capital city of Austria. It is also where Christina’s Mother is from. Her father is from Linz.

It is about a 2hr drive from Vienna to Linz and about 2½ hours from Linz to Kitzbühel.
